I just picked up some dimes from the bank and had an entire new roll of dimes look like the one below. My photography skills stink but the fields are very frosty and the image of Roosevelt is mirror like. Looks just like a reverse proof! Would any of the TPGs give a designation Reverse Proof Like (RPL) if it were submitted?

I don't know if a TPG would give that designation. I have come across a few dimes in circulation that have the same look as your dime. They have what I would call a halo effect where there is a frost like ring around the portrait of Roosevelt and also around the design on the reverse. I'm not sure if this is true but I attribute it to die wear and don't think it holds any value over face. They are nice to look at when I find one though.

I agree with Neo. They are definitely nice specimens though! I'm sure they look even better in person. Great for an album!

If there's such a thing as a TPG grade of RPL, I have even less interest in them TPGs, if that's possible.

That is a good-looking dime though. :)
