Hello From Georgia

My name is Nick, and I've been collecting coins on and off for my 44 years, well not so much for the first 15 or so. I like the small cents the most, as it seems like they are the least appreciated coin out there, and you can see people just throwing them away. Plus, they seem much easier to look at under lighted conditions.

I've made fair share of "stupid" buys, and gotten ripped off many times, because of my lack of knowledge, but I'm very glad for places like this that will help me to improve on my knowledge and hopefully I'll stop making stupid buys. But it's hard to stop, because who doesn't like treasure hunting, with hopes of finding an awesome coin. I mean, come on, we all know most Wheat rolls on E-Bay are already searched, and cleaned. But for some reason, I still look at them, and occasionally buy a few.

I've put together one book, with only missing the 1909-S VDB, and I'm thinking that one will cost a "pretty penny" to get.

But, enough about me, I just wanted to stop by and say hello, and see you in the forums.
