Hey everyone, I'm not to fimilar with ICCS graded coins, so please bare with me...

iam slowly adding to my 1 cent collection, and I was wondering what is the difference between.
2000 1cent ICCS certified MS-66 Red
2000 1cent ICCS certified MS-66 Red Numismatic BU

The Numismatic BU finish designation is given to a coin that has been removed from an RCM issued uncirculated set.

Graded NBU cents generally have limited value.

When a dealer has a COTY, (Coin Of The Year) is that the same as NBU? ..just wondering!
