I hope if I get it it can go fair and possibly poor, it would make a wicked highlight in my collection. I can imagine it now...a nice lighthouse box with a glass top that has this side by side with an MS-64.

Have never seen a Silver Dollar that worn.

Are you sure it's not a ML? :) We know it's not a SWL, and for some reason that just cracks me up (you know, how the only detail left on the reverse is the one that got polished off, and if it wasn't there, it would be more valuable...). Every person in Canada must have spent that dollar. It's a national treasure.

Personally i'd think its an AG3. Some letters are worn but I can still read it all very easily.

Not sure if someone would say Fr02. It is very worn, but I'm not sure if its FR02 worn.

Nonetheless, it's a beauty. congrats!

thanks for the opinions, I am happy with the purchase and even more so since it was bought as a birthday gift for me, I think it will go ag-3 as well but will have to wait a while to find out what ICCS says.
