I believe he doctored that 2 cent piece up a bit didn't he? as far as how much money could have been spent, well I have no idea. Maybe one day someone will post pictures of my type set to show everyone on a forum like this

Wow There are some serious proofs in that set. I am pretty sure the bronze IHC, 2 cent, 3CS, 3CN, No Rays Shield nickel, Liberty nickel w/ CENTS, Seated dime w/ legend, Barber dime, Seated quarter w/ motto, Barber quarter, and Barber half are all proofs Probably somewhere north of $25,000 in that set...

I would be petrified to put in Early Proofs into an album like that, especially with the serious risk of damaging the mirrors with the plastic slide. It IS an amazing set, full of Proofs. This is the one case where I strongly recommend slabs and not to play with them raw.

A very nice set, some really sweet coins in there. My only complaint would be that the AT look of the IHC and the 2-center actually detract from the overall impression of the first page.

I am not sure if those coins are AT or if the picture is just juiced way out of control to make them look that way. Either way I agree they detract from the whole look of that whole first page. I don't know who's set that is but there is no way they could ever tell me they didn't juice up those two pictures of those two coins because they look so unnatural its almost ugly

This set belong to a collector in the PCGS forum and I believe they said the coins are not stored in the album. The pics were taken separately and then inserted to the album. That's why they were able to capture the proofs properly. The pics are not doctored Bryan, apparently the coins actually look those colors.

I actually was about to ask if the coins were photoshopped in. The shadows didn't match. Thanks
