Low Serial And Star Note Find - Coin Community Forum

Got this back in change at a gas station this weekend, the clerk checked for others in the till but it was the only one. It's not in the best shape, but a keeper. I think the poor clerk at the gas station thought I was off my rocker a bit,I tried to explain I like to collect low serial and star notes, but they gave me the look like maybe I had spent to much time in the wine section.
