1983 P Cent Question

On the top of the 3rd from the left and 6th colum is this die wear? I compared this with coopercoins 1DR-002 because of the die crack on the lower right memorial base and the die scratches.

I would guess that is coin damage. Look like someone pressed the coin with something. The EPU looks like another coin left a mirror image on that area and probably caused the two lower spots on the cornice center area?

There is a clash to some degree on the coin, but that would be nothing unusual for cents from that era. Additionally, there is no hub doubling on that coin.

Instead of using the markers to find doubled dies, look for the doubling first, then the markers. Looking for the markers first is backwards.
