Even if not dipped it is NOT a high grade coin. MS-63 or -64.
Definitely not worth the asking price. Worth somewhere in the $50-100 range at best.
This is not a relevant price. Double MS66 money, well short of the huge jump to 67. That means this price has no relation to real-world prices in any grade, and therefore cannot be trusted. Coin doesn't make 66 anyway.
