The top images make it look like there could be some ENV Damage. From the lower images I can't see any problems, as for grade, I'd say AU-58, looks like some slight wear on the eagle's breast.

Sunlight is brutal on a coin but will blare any hairlining like it was neon. I have to agree that a TPG will wimp out ans say it circulated but I don't think it did much before it went into the ground. Environmental Damage is certain but it's a dang pretty damaged coin. The color is blatant, though.

I will go with AU-53 details: environmental damage. The coin in 1st set of photos looks too dark to be considered acceptable.

closest to actual color....and I think 58 is fair....but really hard to see any wear in hand
