Looks to be in the VF range but it's hard to tell from the photo/scan. Try removing the coin from the holder that will really help us to evaluate the coin better.

Crop the photo to have only the coin showing would be ideal.

Too dark.

What are you using to take your photos with now? I'm just curious, because we have some folks here on CCF that might be able to help you out.

It looks like you are using a scanner. Not quite the best way to take photos of coins ;). Head over to the photography section.

This is too dark to tell, but I think it is around VF.

I agree with VF detail. Small letters variety. Looks like the reverse has some staining or corrosion issues.

I tried to lighten his scans to see what this coin might look like. From what I can tell, Fine-15 details or maybe VF-20 details, environmental damage.
