I do have most of Ed. Frossards "Numisma" organ in reprints from the RAMM Communication Co. which issued a limited run in the 1980's.
Kolbe & Fanning sold a complete copy of the original "Numisma" circulars bound (ex-Empire/Bowers Library/Ex-Michael Spurlok Library) for $1000.00 recently, I really wanted to add that one to my library, but the reprint book from RAMM will have to do, even though it is missing 6 of the original pages. It was 8.5 times cheaper anyways.
"Numisma" is fantastic reading, covering early NYC numismatics auctions and sales. Ed. Frossard wasn't one to hold back when writing about his competition, and often was less than flattering when writing about a particular auction catalog other dealers had done. He also listed a regular "black list" of dead beats, cheats, and ner' do wells to avoid in business/coin deals. He hawks the Monograph in many issues of his "Numisma", which is what led me to wanting to own my own copy, though I didn't think I'd have one so soon after searching, this one came up about a week or so after I seriously decided to purchase a copy somewhere, if one could even be located for sale. A lucky high bid led me to be the new owner.

Rare indeed !! After the magic performed by an expert restorer, I could see this book behind glass at the U.S. Mint. Great find.

have to give you a thumbs up for the passion you have in pursuit of numismatic literature. If all goes well this year, I may break 100 different numismatic works in my personal library. -MV

Thanks guys! I just found two more copies for sale just listed at Kolbe & Fanning website today; http://www.numislit.com/shop/numislit/03170.html$600.00 http://www.numislit.com/shop/numislit/03191.html$500.00 So I'd say I made a good buy never-mind the condition, though I'd love a pristine copy, still hoping I can find a good book binder that could fix this copy half as good as those two copies. Any suggestions are welcome, closer to Dallas area would be great if you know of any. I think I will still come out ahead in the long run, these are getting really hard to find, and as a reference they seem to be on most bibliophiles lists, as the information contained is excellent and still pertinent, despite being 136 years old.
