Morgand22, the 87P is a NIFC coin, the mint didn't put that year into circulation so they are difficult to find. I have pulled 9 out of 277,000 coins searched. The 74D DDO is easier to find

"I sold a scratched up Franklin at the local auction house to test the waters.it brought $35. Pleasantly surprised."

Littlebirdy - Was there a typo in your post? where is that auction house? For 35$ a coin I would sell all of my 90%. To boot I would buy thousands of dollars worth of them on ebay around 9$/coin and make a killing. I about choked when I read your post. Not doubting or mocking you - that would be incredible if it were the c ASE

3 boxes left over from yesterday.

The S & S box had a 1964 ender.

The 2 Loomis boxes had 25 more NIFC.

I stopped at a bank that I know always has a box on hand. They said they only had $350 left from the box. I opened it on the counter to verify that there was $350 in it and spotted an ender. I took the box and had to rim search it in the parking lot because I needed the fund to pick up 4 more boxes. Only found the 1 40%er.

4 boxes this morning.

5 40%ers, a 1964, and 2 NIFC.

Went to dump them and the bank said their counter was broken. I had to drive 20 miles roundtrip earlier in the morning to go to a dump bank so as not to wear out my weekly in town regular dump banks. I didn't want to have to go to one of them so I headed to the hood. I didn't know the banks hours but hoped they were still open. I got there at 12:58 and they close at 1. Then the machine jammed.

Today would have to be the longest and most problematic day I have every had roll hunting.

4 boxes today and all skunks for silver, I did pull 3-NIFC 03, 11, and 13 P's. Also pulled 1-74D DDO, a poor 98S Clad Proof, and One Magicians coin. Scheduled to pick up 12 boxes this week. Wish me luck to find some silver. Hope you all are having better luck, this is just part of the process of searching, some days are better than others.

3 rolls earlier and got me an 88-D and 82-P. one step each closer to finishing those rolls. Why can I never find foreign in a half roll?

I think sometimes these counterstamps must come from some class on metalwork where they tested the stamping technique on a coin in some class before using the actual thing they wanted to stamp. So many that are just so odd not to be the case since it doesn't "ruin" the coin from being money to stamp it. Both the moon and the 1 look like stock stamps, not like anything made specially for counterstamps, to me.

4 boxes today pulled 1-68 out of box 3. There was nothing else at all. I always say one is better than nothing. On my way to dump and pick up another 4 boxes. A couple weeks ago I was finding those green marked coins that I am very use to seeing, well I marked a few with a blue X on top of the green stain, this morning I found three of them in these four boxes. So I know I am seeing a lot of the same coins I have searched before, the good thing I still am finding silver. I dump these coins at my credit union and they are making their way to my bank I pick up from, their boxes are different and the color on the rolls are different too. I have pulled eight pieces of silver for the week and my goal is ten per week, so I am on track with four more boxes to open.

I ended up picking up 6 boxes today after dumping my coins, Someone else ordered last week and they let me purchase their two boxes on top of my four I ordered. This was a great haul for me. I ended up with 36 pieces of silver, 9-90%ers and 27-40%ers. I am really excited because I reached three today. I reached my goal of 1200 coins found this year and I pulled my first Barber half dollar a 1900, and I pulled my first NIFC Silver Proof a 2011S. Box 4 was a skunk and box 5 only had 1 and it was the Barber. Here are the Pics. I am so stoked!

I also pulled 13-NIFCs, and 1-74D DDO, and 4-Clad Proofs, 2-80S, 1-88S, and 1-92S. Days like this is why I keep searching, its worth all those skunk boxes just to get boxes like this. Good luck everyone.
