I can't find half rolls around here, but I did buy $50 in small dollars today, and teller mentioned she had 2 half dollars, so I took them: a 1976-D in MS with luster and a chewed up 1995-P.
If I ever find places around here that have half rolls I'll buy a few for sure.

Quote: If I ever find places around here that have half rolls I'll buy a few for sure. Unlikely you'll find many banks that have halves in their regular inventory, you'll probably have to do like most of us and search out a bank that will order them for you. Usually the ordering part isn't as hard as finding a bank that's willing to take your dumps, you will need both. I've got 2 banks that have been ordering for me for about 1.5 years, but have been through a few dump banks in that time. Currently one of my purchase banks is willing to take back my dumps as well. Regardless of what you're able to work out be sure to take care of your tellers by taking them small gifts occasionally to show how much they are appreciated. Yesterday when I picked up my boxes I ask how many tellers were working and they told me 4. I told them I'd be back in a few minutes, I went to Arby's and bought each one a chocolate milk shake, took them back and gave them to the tellers. Usually I just take them some chocolates every few months, but thought the milk shakes would be a nice change since the weather is getting hotter and it had been about 2-3 months since I'd done anything for them. Best part of all the local Arby's was running a special from 2-5PM, small shakes for $1. each, so it only cost me $4. to keep my tellers at that bank happy for a few more months. Actually $5., I had to buy myself one too!!

LOL Sold milkshakes? Did I miss type something. Skibdib have you thought about a trade for that latest coin trick you found? Still haven't gotten around to searching the other boxes. I did pick up two more yesterday and also 490 dollars in CWR. I think someone purchased a box and may have found some silver and turned in the rest. That 490 was all skunks. Will get to the rest of the boxes tomorrow. Happy Hunting everyone and have a great weekend!

Skibdib it all in fun no issue, I didn't know Arby's was know for their milkshakes just their roast beef sandwiches. LOL Arby is a nickname I have had for over 30 years. I finely finished up all my boxes for the week. I ended up with 19 boxes for the week plus the CWR. I pulled 2-90%ers and 8-40%ers, 1-1917S Walker, 1-64D, 2-66, 3,67, 1-68 and 2-69's. The last six boxes were skunks. The banks I work with have been great. A couple of them continued to order for the following week so I would have extra boxes when I got back. Enjoy the pics.

Guess the reason Arby can sell his milkshakes for $1. each is because he's finding so much free government silver. Actually when I posted about going to Arby's to get shakes I didn't even think about the fact that we had an Arby in this thread, therefore when someone mentioned Arby hunting for silver and selling milkshakes, I didn't catch on at first.
