My summary this year hasn't been great, though I have been doing decently scoring NIFCs. The two 40% were at the very beginning of the year and the 90% was last week. No silver in between.

So I went into a different bank than I usually go too and bought a couple boxes of dimes. I had already ordered 4 boxes of halves from a different branch of this new bank that I'm going too, but I asked this branch if they had any halves on hand. They had $400 in halves, so I bought half. I found 2 40%. So that ends my bad luck streak! Looks like i'll be going back tomorrow to buy the rest of the rolls.
Maybe the boxes from this bank will be better too! Good luck everyone.

Just finished up my first four boxes for this week, and I must state I am very happy, anytime one pulls more 90%ers that 40%ers its a good day, Two boxes were skunks and the other two boxes yielded 11-90%ers and 4-40%ers. 1-1917, 1-1933S, 1-1935S, 1-1942S, 1-1943, and 1-1943S, 1-1952D, 1-1953D, 2-1963D, 2-66, 1-67, 1-69. What a great start to a week, This haul makes it less painful about the $8 I lost at the bank machine today. This one bank's coin counter has taken me for a total of $20 my last three dumps. Enjoy the pictures.  Its Nice to get an Ender!   It Rocks to get More 90%ers Than 40%ers    "LOVE THE HUNT!"

Wow nice haul Arby! Stopped at a neighboring towns bank today that I've had luck at in the past this time of year they had 20 rolls. Got shorted by 1 on either 4 or 5 rolls, got one 40%'er 1967 and one gold plated counterstamp so I about broke even maybe lol-here's the counterstamp ...Oh and filled 4 holes and 3 upgrades in my Whitman   Edited by Slamnbass

Arby - great finds! Searched two boxes today. 1 was a skunk and in the other I found 7 40% silver. Oddly enough, there were 2 Enders when I opened the box and the first 4 rolls each had a 40% silver. But it dried out quickly as I only found one more 40%. My heart rate was definitely elevated for a moment though!   |

Thanks everyone, just finished four boxes from yesterday, 3 boxes had coins I marked from this month no silver in them, box 4 also had a coin I marked this month and also had silver and proof coins. 1-63D Franklin, 2-64, 3-67, 1-68 and 1-69, The Proofs are all Clad, 1-76S, 1-82S, 1-89S, 1-90S, 1-91S and 1-94S. I very happy the last week in December is going to be a good one. This is a awesome way to end the year. Enjoy the pictures.   "LOVE THE HUNT!"

My Last four boxes for the year 2016 all Skunks, Hope that doesn't mean the year will start off that way. I did rescue a 72S Clad proof. So I ended the year with 190 ounces of silver, 10 ounces short of my goal of 200 ounces. I pulled 165 90%ers and 772 40%ers. That is a 40 to 50 percent decline in finds over the past two years. Sure hope the numbers pick up next year. I would be surprise if the numbers pick up but one never knows. I think I will also ask my bank for dimes too just to see what else I can pull. Wishing you all a wonderful end of the year searching, hope you all score a crazy amount of silver. I also hope the Start of the New year is also a great one. Please be safe if you are going out New Year's Eve, May you all be blessed in the New Year!

8 nice boxes from Wednesday no skunks 8 enders 14, 90% 1 Walker 7, Bennies 6, Kennedy 50, 40% I still have 3 boxes from 1 bank and 4 boxes from another to go thru. I know I have been extremely lucky this year and I thank the Lord for that.    Happy new years to everyone |

Trapper, I noticed you seem to be getting boxes with those brown wrappers. I too had a run a few years back with the same colored wrappers but can't seem to find a bank that uses them. What bank are you getting these from?
