Question: Any of you guys seeing 2006-D Kennedy's in circulation? I'm on the east coast. I have been seeing "a lot" in my box searches! I'm wondering why?

I'd say it has to do with distribution patterns. The 2006-Ds are smack in the middle of my NIFC find totals. The coins that tend to show up the most here in my part of the West coast are 2002-P, 2002-D, 2005-D, 2007-D, 2009-P, 2009-D, 2010-P, 2010-D. The 2010-P has shown up more than any other coin to date so far.
CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!

I need a reality check here. So people are buying these things from the mint for 1.5 or 2 time face and then somehow they are finding their way into circulation?

Today I picked up 5 boxes instead of my normal 4 which is always nice, plus the manager said she had another 2 boxes for someone else and they don't pick them up their mine! Out of the 5 boxes 3 skunks pulled 5-40%ers, 1-66, 2-67, 1-68 and 1-69 plus 3-Clad proffs, 1-80S, 1-93S and 1-05S. Friday I picked up a bunch of CWR of Pennies, nickels and dimes, and I pulled 1-1960 dime, no date Buffalo nickel and a 1946 nickel, also a couple pounds of copper cents. Hope tomorrow is a better batch of boxes, need 5 pieces to reach me weekly goal. Opened one box and it had a ender with my marking face up. Hate seeing those? Took four months to get that one back there were others too. Gives me an idea what the cycle of some of the coins are. Wishing you all the best!

nice finds for sure. I opened my other 2 boxes. The 1st box was another silver skunk but found 3 NIFC's (2003D, 2006P, &2011D). Also found a gold plated 1976. Box 2 gave me a lone silver, but what a sight for sore eyes. 1 1962D Benji. I also found a 1973S Proof and 3 more NIFC's (2003D, 2010P, & 2012D). I have been opening Nickels the last few days. Found some 2018 P's in 1 case. Got 1 silver in each of the other 2 cases (all 3 cases came from different banks). Going to order more halves boxes soon. Happy Hunting everyone.

Box 1 CRH halves gave me a 1968, 2- 2011's, a 1977 no FG, and a 1990 Magicians coin?. This box was short 1 coin, with this coin that may be a Magicians coin would make the box short 1.5 coins. I also found a 1974 that was worn on the edge and can see the lamination

Normal 2 boxes, number 1 skunk, number 2 had a black rimmed 1964, both sides were very dark! A hunter doing rim checks might have missed this one! There were 6 different marks/colors on these 2 boxes by previous hunters! One '64 is better than none! Living the dream,Webekin.
