Hi everyone,
I know this topic goes back quite a while, but I wanted to share what I have and wake up this fascinating topic thread. Perhaps, when I am able to trade, (not quite sure when that will be?) but we might work on creating sets. My Kennedy halves come all the way from Canada. Not searched in rolls, but inherited from my mom's coin hoard in 2021.
Here's my list. For now, I've just managed to organize them chronologically in a 2X2 binder. I know that's not how to build a complete set, but for now, that's all I've managed to do. Will love to know more about building sets of my own. Any comments from the pros are always welcomed!

You're well on your way to a nice set. I take the best coins by year and Mint, keep them either in 2x2's or capsules and then I use the Lighthouse Encap Sleeves (for capsules) and put them in a labeled regular binder.

The others you could certainly keep for now and sell when you get the chance.

You're doing great Jessie!

Always a pleasure to hear from you Debbie! Thanks so much for your wisdom and advice! I really appreciate it!
By the way, I still don't have access to email here. I guess it'll come in time.

@Jess1234, try looking in your user profile, you might have to change something in there, like turning on the feature that allows others to see your email and send you emails.

Very nice!

The great thing about 2x2 albums is you can easily rearrange them in the future.

The amount of 1971 and 1976 halves is typical, but I'm surprised nearly 25% of the coins were 1972s.

Hello Everyone, Nice Score Cabo. I just finished cracking open 6 boxes of half dollars today. Two of the boxes I Scored 26 pieces of silver. 2-90%ers, and 24-40%ers. One of the 40%ers is a real treat. Also 3-NIFC, 2-07P&D plus a 1987P. 1-64D 1-64, 3-65, 2-66, -2-67, 10-68, and 6-69's. There were two fake silver American Eagle Dollars that were half dollar size. Gave those to my grandson. Now back to the 40%er I said was a real treat. I believe I found a 1986D Struck on Quarter Stock. This 68 weighs in at 9.65 grams, is approximately 1.66mm thick and diameter is 30.38MM. If you would like to check it out head over to http://goccf.com/t/443234 for more information.

So sorry for my mistake on the 1968D, I forgot to think about the fact that in 1968 Quarters were Clad/copper coins. We call that in Law enforcement, Excited Utterance, in this case writing before thinking. My Bad! I do not believe the weight loss of this 1968 is due to wear, there is too much detail on this coin. I have low ball half dollars where the Obverse and Reverse are barely visible and the weight of those coins are still heavier than this coin. Maybe its just stock that was rolled extra thin. I don't know that is why I come to places like this, to help get answers.

I've had a few slow weeks, yielded 1 40% and 2 clad proofs one of the weeks, another week 1 - 40%, and these 4 - 40% silvers another week. A couple skunk weeks in the mix. 34 boxes over 4 weeks and only 6-40% in total. Not complaining too loud, could have been zero.
