Could someone please post the NIFC dates for the Kennedy's? Also what are the error dates? TIA

I am only doing customer rolls and found my first error coin, 1982 P no Fg and quite a few 1974 and bicentennial coins in this same lot (around 30 coins) which I do not know whether to keep or not as they are in Au/Bu condition. Any thoughts?

BTW, there was zero silver in this lot.

Peace

any date can be an error

NIFC are 1970d, 1987p and d, and all 2002 to the present

Here are a couple of pics of the 64P & 64D I found earlier today.

Pics don't do these 2 coins justice regarding the lustre etc.

I actually had a dream about halves last night. In my dream was an older couple driving a car and they asked if I was looking for halves. They said "you should try...". While I was in the dream and when I think about it now I have an overwhelming sense they meant this one route I took one time down a particular route. I hadn't been there since November so this week I will find some time and go... maybe my dream will lead me to treasures?

4 Boxes tonight:

Silver:
6 - 90% (2-1964,1943,1951,1959,1962)
12 -40%

NIFC:
3 - 1987D !! (BU)
1 - 1986 Commemorative "A Nation of Immigrants" -(REALLY BU, NOT PROOF)
1 - 2006 (BU)
1 - 2007 (BU)
I found a 2008 it was AU but I am only looking for BU so I tossed it back into the unwanted pile)

Proofs: (Found quite a few proofs(no silvers), some in really good shape)
11 - 1971, 2-1973, 1974,1976,1978,1980,1985,1987(Yes another 1987!),1990,1993

Misc: (I collect some of the 1980's due to the mintages and only if they are BU)
1 - 1980
1 - 1985 P
3 - 1985 D
2 - 1986 P

2 of the 4 boxes seemed to have the proofs and the other 2 boxes had more silver

It has been slow searching lately. Out of 3 boxes last week, I found 2 40% and 1 1974 S. Out of two boxes yesterday I found 1 40%. I guess silver is really starting to dry up out there.

SDcoinguy:

H.F. String & Son,Inc. Harrisburg PA.

Well known here on the East Coast. Some recent big finds in the CT./MA. area were from pennies in their wrappers.

All of my non-customer wrapped rolls that I purchase from my local bank are from them. Yellow & White for Halfs, Red & White for Pennies.

chuckster

yes! those are the ones! after the first $100 I thought they were someone elses dumps from back east... but on my last roll of the next $140 I got a 66.. still dryin up though... compared to when I first started roll searching last month, I hit 15/20 in one roll being silver! I guess that can make anyone think we're drying up

It was from one of their boxes back in November 09, that I hit my "Monster BOX!"- well over 100 pieces of Silver.

It's also been from their rolls that I found the Barber Halfs from last year.

*It's been pretty dry lately, but it only takes one lucky box and right back in business again!
