1 box 1 40% 1968 1 NIFC 1 Bag (found out I was the subject of a company wide email to deal with selling bags. ) It is now up to the bank manager if they will sell bags. They will not hold them for me nor will they reimburse me if they are short or over. ( I did not even bring this up before because they have all been over. ) 1 Razor Blade 1 silver necklace 1 error penny (added pictures to see if it is legit ) No silver or NIFC   |

holy cow. thats a mangled penny. looks legit to me though considering the date and lincoln's head is facing different ways. I feel like that could only be a mint error

Gothic Florin- I do not think it was the bank who put that razor blade in there. It was toward the bottom thankfully. Hopefully someone was not trying to send a message to other CRH's . I will wear gloves at all times now when pulling coins out. I wear latex gloves anyways because the coins are so dirty but now I will wear leather ones when pulling them out.

Got my Fed box of halves (and quarters) today (2 days early!) I couldn't help but open the box of halves at the nearest red light !....  Once I opened it.......I SAW A 40%er ON THE END OF ONE OF THE ROLLS ! ....  The next red light I looked at both ends of every roll.....and didn't detect anything else.....but, knowing that I have "one" find/score before I even get home to open them up sure makes a fella feel good ! ...  I peeked through the little holes in the qtr. box, by the way, and for a second there....... I thought I had another whole box of D.C. '09's !! .....  (but, at closer inspection, it was only a D.C. on a few of the ends....the rest of the box seems a pretty good mix... Hope I find some silver in that one too.... |

Final report...... 2 - 40%ers...... 5 NIFC's.....and a couple BU common dates for my album. Not super exciting....but I'll take it over being skunked any day ! .... |

Coming back from an out of town meeting and stopped in a small town a mile off the interestate. Picked up $100 loose and 300 fed rolled from one bank and $150 from another bank. Pulled 17 40%ers out of the $100 loose. Nothing out of the $300 and $150. I'm extremely happy with the 17! |
