I can afford to float six boxes this Thursday.

Hopefully I will do better than 4 NIFC and 1 Franklin in the 3 boxes last week (my worst week on record )

Thanks all for sharing your wrapping procedures. This first box ever I described above
Took a long time, because I stringently documented every coin, hoping someone might benefit from the list as I do from so many of your posts.

I won't be making a list this time, other than good finds.
Rest in Peace

I have so many burlap sacks its crazy, take them in that way.

Are you talking about standard off-white coin bags, or bags you got from something else?

I miss half dollars. My bank has us on hold for a while. They want us to wait a few weeks before ordering again so the "higher ups" don't complain. :(

I stopped at two banks in the same plaza. I got about $22 in loose halves at Capital One and $20 at the Wells Fargo. I ended up with 7 40% halves!

Then at another bank, I got $50 in machine rolls and ended up with a 1968.

Very nice, I have gone into a couple of different banks and was told that I could not buy any half's loose or rolled unless I had an account. Even with no initial deposit required accounts the monthly fees are just not worth the effort which is too bad because there are six different banks within a mile of my office.

sorry to hear that mets very dissapointing indeed.

2 boxes today yet again had the same box code number which I already knew was going to have nothing in it never seen anything like it, where the same box code number yields the same amt such a bad concidence driving me nuts

positive note : one coin was chipped so ok wasnt a total loss

Well I only got 3 40%s from my two boxes. 2 1968d and 1 1967. Also I found a magician coin and 2 NIFC. 2002 and 2005. Pretty bad boxes. I hope next week goes better.

M0nk, sorry to hear about the boxes with the same code. Are those String boxes? I have received these same boxes (all of the same code) in the past two weeks from different banks and they're all skunks I think I may stop for couple weeks until this batch gets worked off by others.

I had a run of about 15-20 boxes last year where every coin in the box was the same year, either 2001 or 1999, always the same year throughout the entire box. Those too were Sring & Sons. Those Yellow boxes are the source of my poor production lately too. Never know what you are going to get, that is why it is fun!
