Yeah, I sort of like how he marked the coins......mass production. He got more coins marked in small amount of time LOL.

I didn't get around to listing my half dollar finds last night. I stayed up later than I planned because I was having so much fun with great boxes of halves and nic's. Last nights box produced 2 NIFC's, 3 1968D's, and a decent 1977 Proof (I think). I also picked up another bag of $500 from my newly found (and only) Loomis Bank, which is a large Chase Bank located in the same building I work. This is the same place that produced a Franklin Proof and 45~ 40%ers on my first bag. This bag produced a 1971, 1972, 1974, bi-centennial, and 1978 Proofs (I think). I'm at work and I can't remember for sure. I do remember there were 22 40%er's and 1 1964. Also found 3 more 1974D DDO's. OO

A new teller at the bank I normally go to saved $26.5 in halves for me. I never had a good teller like this before... but he said he's going to continue to save them and Eisenhowers for me! Good stuff.
However, the $26.50 was a skunk.

This weeks finds from four boxes..... (2) 90% (both 1964 Kennedys) (14) 40% (including a 1966 SMS and my first silver Bicentennial! ) (10) NIFC Best finds (66 SMS & Bicentennial) see below. I framed them up in the same image so people can get a better feel for the finish difference between regular 40%ers and an SMS finish)

very very dry in nyc last couple of weeks. 2 to 3 boxes per week turned up maybe 3 or 4 40% in total. had my hopes raised by one box that had two silver enders...but that was it for the entire box. my past experience with enders usueally meant more in the box but this was unusual, for me at least. two enders and they were the only two silvers in the box. I think that's mostly why people get exctited with enders. it's a tease for the rest of the box.

Silver is at $27.53. Sure glad I don't own much... that means I haven't lost much.
Serious about not owning much. Tongue in cheek about being relieved.
