No rolls today but a handful of coins from the teller tray yielded a 1964-D. I'll take it!

Also found this coin. Not sure if it is an error of some type or just worn? Would this be caused by a sorting machine and why is the B-E-R not worn?

A teller had $30 in customer rolls, which had nothing, but one single loose half dollar she had was a 1969. I'll take it.
