Heres the no fg reverse, looks like they arent worth much, unless certified ms65 or higher. I will have to think about submitting maybe?

NIce find halfhunter. There are so few 82's in the boxes I search it will really surprise me one of the no FGs for this date ever is in them.

HalfHunter,
I would put them around the same range as the 1972-D No FG coins (of which I do have one). I would put them around $13 to $17 for an average grade.
If the coins is really nice, I think it would be to your advantage to have it graded.

Even though your photo is blurry and only shows part of the reverse I can tell you already it won't grade past a 62 if everything else is perfect. If the obverse looks the same or worse it probably won't make MS at all. Sorry.

Allright cool, thanks for the comments on the no fg. Yeah williamson, my picture skills are not the best. I was caught up in the excitement of the box I did, got alot of stuff in it, which I will post friday with my other weekly boxes. I think its not worth the submission, and the coin would probally barely make MS. Thats ok though, Ihave an example for my collection now.
Earl I have seen a decent amount of 82's, I have been checking the 81 and 83's as well, lots of faded no fg on the 83's. I dont check every coin, all shiney rims get checked for date, and when I lay the coins out real quick before rerolling If I see another date to check I do. What are the other years to check for no fg? I plan to go through all my 40% 1966 to check this winter, but in the mean time, was wondering about the clad years to check.
Keep plugging monks, sounds like 2 of my boxes yesterday. I am hoping for better things in my 8 boxes today and tommorrow.

Hey, just be glad you are still getting to hunt. Hopefully, I will get to do a round tomorrow and find some customer rolls.
By the way, has anyone had experience with a bank that uses DUNBAR? I saw them delivering to a local, small chain earlier this week and my interest was peeked.

Im trying to figure out the same thing Kenscott. Iv got brinks, garda and dunbar. Iv been to over 50 banks in my town, and its either garda or brinks. I'm half tempted to follow one of their trucks one day. I need a dunbar supplied bank.
i also wonder if they only service gas stations...etc around here. I know they service banks, I'm trying to find one here locally to try for halves. If anyone knows and wants to speak up what bank they get dunbar coin from would be great.
