Quote: Here's the barber I found today... Nice, problem-free AG. Very, very nice. This is much nicer than the 1911 Barber I found in the 1990's, which was only a dime and barely AG (on a good day).

Finally!! After stopping at around 50 banks the last few weeks and coming up with not one silver. The last bank I stopped in today.......$3 and one was a 1964. About time!! I usually never go to this branch because I know it's someone's dump bank. So exited.

After searching a box of nearly all marked coins. Black line down the sides I did manage to pull out one 1964.

I didn't find anything decent in the entire box. I kept telling myself that maybe someone missed something? It's great to see that you got silver out of it. It gives me hope.

Got a roll of halves and 12 loose ones. Nothing special that I see. Getting real sick of 76s lol. 1971D- 2 1971 72D-4 73 D 74-2 76-1 76D-7 77d 78 81D 83P-2 86D 94P 2000D
The bank inside walnart had a bad of 150 that a customer dropped off, but they wouldnt sell them to me. Well my teller was going to, but the one next to her made her go ask the manager. And he said no

I bought $8.50 in loose halves and $60 in customer rolled halves. I don't really hunt anymore, but this may bring me back into the fold; I found a '66 and a '68-D from the loose halves and a single '69-D in the rolls.

Was surprised to pull this out of one of my boxes about 15 minutes ago. Second barber in 3 days... after zero in 3.5 years of doing this. Lol.

congrats fade to black. Well I just had my best three rolls to date and they were fed wrapped coins. I went to the bank and they only had three rolls so I bought them and they were fed coins, when I got them I could see double enders on all three well after I looked in them I ended up with 56 40% halves out of sixty coins. I have been through over thirty boxes from this bank and have not found close to sixty silver halves and I get three rolls with 56 you never know! Can ytou imagine what the rest of the box looked like?
