I think I'll go for it Bish. You have my email already; wanna email me your address and how much the check should be?

Also, do they register it at NGC, and would it be under my name?

8 boxes this week have given up 2 40%. I want those 2 hours back!

Boxes here have produced 1 40% per $500.

10 boxes next week

To all that are looking at dealing with bish,

I've dealt with him through the mail before and he's super reliable and honest! I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.

Hopefully that puts your minds at ease.

Even though I got lucky on just 2 boxes
that I recently bought, I believe that your odds
of finding many good coins and especially silver
are not as good on these boxes as actual customer bank rolls/singles
that are brought in directly. The reason I think is that because
just about all of the coin counting machines that I have seen etc.
reject all the silver coins thus they never even make it to a bag
or back to the carrier for re rolling and re distribution.
Maybe a few get left in the reject tray but not a ton.
My best finds were at banks/cu's that did not have coin counters.
As far as marking each coin I would think a lot of work for not much of anything other than tracking purposes. If you know your banks carriers then you know where the coins are going to and also are being
brought back to the same bank branches. I would think that the rejects brought back and processed would end up right back at the front of the outgoing line if the carriers are not moving many boxes.
Just some thoughts anyway.

I was finally able to get some boxes from the bank. The head teller called me 2 wks in a row to say that she forgot to order them and was unable to amend the order. I got 4 boxes...Brinks wrapped.
Boxes 1,2 and 4...only a couple of NIFCs and a bad condition proof.
Box 3...27 40%. Of the 27; 23 were 1968.
After finding these, I can only imagine how exciting it would be to find a box with a bunch of 90% like some people find. I felt excited like I just got off a roller coaster. I do realize how lucky I was to find so many in my first boxes. I have also been very lucky to find a good bit in CWR at the end of 2012.

I just picked up a new box. I won't have time to go through it until sometime this weekend. Hopefully, I'll turn up something as my first 2 boxes were skunks. I'm starting to get a little discouraged even though I know it's expected!

Out of one box, I got no silver, many rolls looked like they had been picked through, yet I got 6 NIFC
3x 2002D, 2007 D, 2008 P, 2008D

Is that normal? No one else noticed these. And with all the different marking types, this area has a lot of competition

I am about half way through a box and it's kind of weird...there are a lot of "shiny" coins. I have found at least a few dozen from almost all the years from 1971 and up that look like they have never been circulated. And that's with me putting back tons of others that looked almost just as nice but had some type of minor flaw.

Does anyone know why this box may be like this?

Thanks.

Kurry,
If you are in the Grand Rapids area, you will see a lot of those. I just recently started saving a few of them. Figured I could get together an MS P&D set in a couple weeks.

I'm closer to the Detroit area. Why is there a lot of them in this area? I didn't notice very many in the other 2 boxes I went through.
