Wouldn't surprise me if the one with 1878 and 1884 enders is all/most CC's.

You do see the patent date on the wrapper, right?

I have bad eye site so no I cannot see it well....What does it mean? Is someone making it appear old and using nice end coins to lure in bidders?

These rolls are easily put together. There is no Santa Claus in the coin business. Most likely the roll contains one common BU CC, one common BU "O" mint dollar and 18 very common circulated dollars.
A 96% "Feedback" rating should tell you a lot, too.
Hopefully, your Dad does not bid on this stuff and saves his money for coins he can see and judge **before** spending his harder earned money.

Yeah, I had a feeling if it was too good to be true it probably was. I will just get my dad certified Morgans from my area dealer....We can all dream of scoring a legit roll and finding all Carson City Morgan's can't we.

Deja vu all over again. These type rolls have been a topic of discussion previously.

Plus the price of another Mint State Morgan to have it shipped from Germany. Wonder how all these rolls of Morgans got to Germany?

"Patented may 31, 19?"
I wouldn't trust it.

According to the Amazon link posted above, the date would be 1921. Morgan dollars were in their last year of production.

That Amazon guy wants $1,000 for an empty paper roll just because of that date... That should tell you something. Actually it screams it!
