CS1997 New Member United States 43 Posts	Posted 04/29/2015 2:23 pm I am very new to grading coins, but I'll give my honest non expert opinion. I think its a solid F12. I was leaning towards the F15 as well but the amount of wear on the flag and the roll of the dress under her extended arm more closely resembles other examples of F12`s that I have seen.
