This year's dealer pop drew from a wider area than I've seen before. One dealer from New Orleans, one from NJ. Couple from the Midwest. And as Pacificoin said, all the usual suspects.
Let's see...
Had a great time talking with Glenn Holsonbake representing his new company,
http://www.americanararecoin.com/silver.html He is always a pleasure to talk to, unfortunately
Barber coins did not seem to be in much demand. Don't tell Glenn (well, I guess I just outed myself), but I don't like Barbers. You usually see them in nasty circulated condition with a head that looks like the Ike $1. Glenn has several MS66s and better that show how nice the design really can be.
Found a 1959 Franklin for my PF67 birth year set (plus I have an undergraded MS64 commem from my birth city)
Paul Berkman of Holgate Numismatics was there - he had brought an ANACS Type 5 and ANACS Type 6 photo cert for my collection. Another great guy to talk to too - don't let that Aussie accent fool you. He's a generalist, so he ALWAYS has weird stuff. I like weird.
Rev as always - Revick Galstaun of West Coast Coins in Toledo, Or. A prolific
ebay seller and a fixture on the West Coast circuit - my go-to guy for circulated 1850s coins. Watch for his new web site, he showed me a preview (uses the same very nice template as Glenn's new site). Picked up a sweet 1853O
Seated quarter. First met Rev at PNNA2113 in Portland. I was doing the bourse looking for 3 cent silvers. Most dealers and none or one. Rev pulled out four sheets of 2x2s.
Alex Pancheco of Tipsico. Another all-around nice guy. Bought an 1859 Indian Head, honest F grade. Even though things were busy, he was trying to help out a nice couple who had
inherited Dad's (being nice here) "accumulation". He gave them really good, honest advise about what to look for, what to do and what not to bother with doing.
Charmy - in the few quieter moments, you could hear her music half an aisle away. Mostly she was just playing it for the Renton Coin shop crew. I did catch her buying 2x2s from Scott & Lisa Loos - anyone want to guess the size

...
Dr. Gene (Bruder) - he had an 1870 3 cent silver AU details with some cameo

which I almost picked up. It's just that my 3CS collection is XF. I may regret this. Two years ago he had an amazing MS67 that I still think about fondly.
Dennis Reed from Lacey Rare Coins - the moustache was in fine form.
Bought a couple circulated SL from Brian Jenner of Pasco WA.
A PF68 1994S CN Washington for my ANACS SWH set (371774) from Port Gardner Bay Coins of Mukilteo.
A low grade 3cs from B.U.S.T. Coinage of Spokane (for my Feb 1861 circulating typeset I decided I need "pocket change")
Finally two ANACS SWH (403175 which is the lgSWH) and 403175 from Beaverton Coin.
Chris Holden is there selling metal detectors and some of his AMAZING error collection. He has a flip-over double strike Lincoln where the flipover did nothing to the main strike - no distortion. Also a double strike where the tiny 2nd strike is JUST the date. And only the date. Plus he had his usual trays of "weird stuff I found metal detecting" - How the heck does somebody lose a window sash weight out in a field somewhere?
Nice people from Can-Am Coins, New Orleans Rare Coins, Coin Exchange of Treasure Valley from Boise (last year he had three different 3CS RPD and a medalic alignment 1861, but no such luck this year).
Finally a nice gent from N.W. Exonumia - unfortunately he wasn't able to identify my encased 3CS either.
Cindy Snow Ray from ANACS was there - ALWAYS cheerful.
That's about who I remember.
Also, the Convention Medal set is awesome. I don't do medals. Tom Rogers did a spectacular job. The Antiqued Brass is the best - the details just POP out at you.
