MS 64 possibly 65 depending on the marks on the chin and eyelid.
That reverse is stunning showing merits of 66

Well, if I had my way I would give it a 67 because I like you. Unfortunately, the lower cheek makes me think you're probably limited to 64 here. And at that I;m being generous with discounting the "darker" marks I see due to the nature of coin photography.

I guess I'm the contrarian here - that just looks to me to have some abrasion on the tip of the Phrygian cap, plus a bit less on Liberty's hair above her ear and on the eagle's breast. The left talon on the right leg (as you look at the coin) also looks flattened. Overall, enough evidence in these photos for me to have to call it at AU58 tops, and AU55 might be where I'd be most comfortable.

The reverse looks really good on this coin. No real contact/bag marks at all. The lower chin area on the obverse is what brings this coin down to a 64 in my opinion. Because the coin is so full of luster is was hard for me to photograph.

I hope the dirt mark on the obverse on the star is on the airtight, or barely on the coin. I'd take it out and blow it off if you can.

Don't blow it off like CHD said. You will get micro spittle on the coin and that can't be good.

I'm bucking the trend, I think without that eyebrow ding it may have had a 64 chance but 63+ is a possibility
