A while back I found a 2003 $1, serial number I77777160A. Might it carry a premium? Low grade.

Probably not worth anything more that $1 in a low grade. There are some folks that like the number 7, but other than that there's nothing special about the serial so I'd just spend it.

Though the five sevens are nice I doubt it would carry a premium. I would spend it.

It is not a fancy serial number but if you like it, keep it. I keep a lot of stuff that doesn't have any premium value simply because I like it. Besides, it's fun to start somewhere with something and then upgrade when you find something better. Who knows? You might find six 7's someday.
