Hello I have it at MS-63 possibly MS64 Also compare VAM to VAM-3A Dash Under 8, Slanted CC, Clashed Obverse n & st To confirm

64 here as well. I think I agree with Ddave on this being a 5B. It's definitely the VAM5 die pair somewhere between A and C die stages.
