A couple of days ago I was Platinum Member, today I am $1000 from being a Master Club Member.

I just logged in to the mint as well. This morning I was platinum, now I am at zero. Will have a chat with rep in the morning.
It looks like I will pull the plug on all my orders and just wait for the prices to come down on the bay. Maybe just buy bullion .

I spoke to my rep about this glitch. He assured me that since I've spent the required amount over the last 12 months, I will maintain my MC status even though the RCM website says my membership expires At the end of June. I wouldn't be too worried what the website says.

The problem is not the title on the website. The problem is that we no longer have access to the MC zone and, of course, no free shipping.
Instead of spending time on adding PayPal payment option, they rather should be fixing their bugs.

Well, at least we know that they are aware about the problem.

So there are 3 groups:

1. people who lost their status (like one of dealers from other forum)

2. People for their profiles the site experience technical problems.

3. People, for whom profile information remains unchanged.

but we can be sure, since RCM cares about collectors, all the sowtware / DB issues will be fixed.

Perfect timing, and here I sent them an email 4 days ago wondering why my MC progress wasn't updating and never even got a response. I made a boutique purchase on June 2 that still hasn't been credited towards MC membership. And then my online orders from June 4 and 9 are still in the "processing" phase. I wonder if they will continue to keep it that way until the June 30th deadline has passed and then start putting orders through. Ill give it a few more days before I cancel the rest of my orders.

4. People who had their status downgraded (I went from Platinum to Gold this week) and the spend amount is incorrect (numbers don't add up no matter what period of time I use).

The Mint is so far behind the times, it's likely the Y2K bug just hitting them now.

Just received this email from my rep:

In response to recent customer inquiries we would like to alleviate the following concerns regarding your Masters Club Status and the new program roll out in July:

Your Royal Canadian Mint web profile may currently indicate that your Masters Club membership ends June 30th. Please note this date reflects the end of the current Masters Club program and is not intended to suggest your membership expires altogether. All spending over the last 12 months will count towards your new Masters Club status come July. Also, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with Masters Club profile information and we apologize for any inconvenience.

If you currently enjoy the services of a Masters Club representative, please be assured you will continue to enjoy this valuable relationship with the new program. Your representative is still available to help manage and advise you on all matters related to your account and will be happy to further address any questions you may still have regarding our new Masters Club Program.

I was a 'Platinum Plus' member with an offer to buy just $106 more to become a 'Platinum Prestige' member. I bought one more coin (over $106) 2 weeks ago, but the status remains the same.

We'll just see where I stand come July 1st.
