Mine is blank as well. It does say that I have platinum status, compared to zero status on Friday.

The new system is in the works. Until July 1st, it'll likely be saying all kinds of crazy stuff. Call your rep or customer service to make purchases or inquire about status of membership or any other enquiries. Avoids the guess work.

We can guess, that the old MC numbers good transition to the new Silver MC level, but probably for the Gold and Platinum, the lettering "Au" or "Pt" will be added as prefix for the string of digits.
Like the lettering on the car badge, differentiates the trim, here as well the Gold and Platinum customers should be treated with more luxury.
But it's the guess only...

No number here just status. I'm sure you'll get you're old number back on July 1, so they know who you are, after all you are just a another number.  |

my mc number is there.. and so is my 'Platinum Plus' with $106 to get to Prestige Platinum level... same as it's been for a month.

Well, guys, I think RCM's IT just messed up. They simply lost these numbers. Whoever still have this number, they have colourized sectioned money spend progress bar, full status info and free shipping. Other guys, like myself, have grey solid progress bar, very limited info and no free shipping. |

RCM has its hands full with more than simply IT problems. I assume many are aware of the travel junkets that their employees have been taking. It was in the papers last week, bad timing given all of the senate scandal stuff. Also take a look at news event announcement on the RCM site concerning travel. Apparently, RCM employees would go to a coin related conference in some place like the Caribbean and then be allowed to spend an extra few days at the resort, all expenses paid. I gather spouses could also attend, all expense paid. I think that as a consequence, there has been some house cleaning.

I can see my MC number now. My status hasn't changed as PLATINUM. Still no free shipping. The 1/2 oz Maple Leaf is showing $7.99 for Xpessspost shipping and no option for free. I can honestly say, I've been holding back on any ordering while they want to charge me shipping.
