Call the mint instead of using the website and you should have no problems.

Hmm, it looks like only platinum and above members are affected. Though it might be just a coincidence.
Btw, do you have colourized and sectioned progress bar?

Yes, MTS, I do have this stuff (progress bar) in the Profile, but I do not see the MC member number.
I assume the same - the MCs, that fit to the "old" basic level - silver, will not be affected, but the collectors with the newly added levels as Gold and Platinum will face some "migration" issues.

Finally, after weeks of annoying them, they fixed the free shipping problem for some of the MC members.

My MC Number finally appears on my profile - so, I hit platinum just in time. Hopefully, that qualifies me for the free display case.

My account says it expires June 30, 2015, followed by " congratulations, you qualify for platinum". There's still quirks to be fixed

The update takes time, now it shows June 30, 2016.

My MC now shows an expiry date of June 30, 2016 and my free shipping is back. All looks good now.

Not RCM this time (sure it related), but CC&C: Vault Insider ProgrammI also has tiers, gifts and benefits on each step... Unlike the MC by RCM, the CC&C program has some stuff that "regular" customers just will not able to get: Examples: **Exclusive sales and discounts **Artist Signed Art Cards on select items Edited by Silveroid

Signed up for the Vault Program.
My MC status was set at Silver, but I can't access the MC area,
in my profile it says I have to spend more to become MC.
Hope they get it ironed out.
