CoinWorld (online at least) has an article by Joe O'Donnell titled "How one group is putting $100,000 in dollar and half dollar coins into circulation" all about the CCF effort for Project $100K. It's in the June 2015 MoneyBytes section.

It's curious how that columnist "stumbled across" the Project when it was started by the guy who is the Editor of a somewhat-competing publication. I note they didn't mention that fact.
Rest in Peace

Anyway, I was delighted to see it.

I got name dropped twice

Going to work on one of my houses next week (and hopefully finish up) so I guess Home Depot and Menards will be rewarded with some halves and dollar coins to pay off the in store 0% financing when you use their credit card specials in the next couple of months.

Old pics. Hopefully the new ones next week will be much better and closer to completion.

For me that would be 2 kronor coins, if I only could get them for face value. Banks don't have them, but they are legal tender.
Well, who knows, I might as well contribute to the project once I make it to the US
