It is hard to grade proofs from pictures. You need them in hand so you can look for microscopic scratches and such.

Hi,

Especially when attempting to accurately assign a grade to a proof, having both diffusive and axial photos taken from distinct angles will serve to better:

a) capture the luster of the patina &

b) highlight any hidden scratches that are customarily absent when accenting how shiny a proof is.

It is essential to address the three most important factors (per PCGS) when dealing with proof coins...:

Hard to tell, but imo most modern proofs will grade at least 65.
