Sorry in advance for all of the photos on this one!

Hey guys, I picked up this Nickel yesterday while digging through some old binders at my LCS. I just liked the slight toning I guess. Plus I wanted to spend a few bucks since I chatted his ear off for the better part of an hour, lol.

Help me assign a grade to this one. Also, take a look at tell me your thoughts on a couple of features.

Looks to be a die crack or scratch. I'm guessing a scratch since it doesn't carry over the high points?

Looks like Machine Doubling on the profile. You can see it in my LIBERTY photo at the Chief's nose and forehead.

Please verify that you don't see any signs of doubling at the LIBERTY and date. I just want some other eyes on it besides mine to confirm.

Thanks guys!

Yes, could well be a 65, especially given the luster, but it's so hard to tell on Buffalos given strike variances. Don't see the doubling, but it sure is a beautiful coin.

Is it in an NGC holder? The 2nd pic makes it look like it is.

I say MS65, TPG probably would have it @ a 66.
