Hi

It is a 10 ¢ undated because two effigies and year can be 2003p to 2006p as the (P) is present on the coin.

Note the rim of which is in the middle and stretching the metal of the effigy which is especially apparent.

If you have any comments are welcome.

Note: All patterns are concave, but very little as this Die Cap had already hit several coin, with the exception of the portion of the metal strip and also going back after this one that are convex.

For more explanations and pictures see this link.

Note the orange-peel texture from the rim mark inward, and outside of the rim mark the fields are relatively smooth. This coin was struck first by a later stage reverse (hammer) die cap, the large brockage image shows that. Then it was struck again mostly overlapped with a blank planchet (which imparted the orange peel texture on the brockage, without destroying it). That orange peel texture is a common feature seen on indent strikes as well. The lack of reeding on the partial overlapped rim edge also shows it was a blank planchet, and not a previously struck coin.

Very nice coin, thanks for sharing.
