Hey Jbuck... funny thing is I keep new 2x2s in stock so if I don't have a slab ready I can at least protect the coins that come without 2x2s...

I don't reuse the cardboard ones but only flips.

I reuse them if they are in good shape and I know the coin in it before was bathed in acetone. I have some very old ones that have a different "feel" to the plastic. These get dumped b/c I do not know if the coins in them were "acetone-ized."

The only reason I would see I would ever reuse a 2x2, since I put the coins in the 2x2s I have is that I find a reason to better protect the coin in it now, which is only proof halves found in halves boxes from the bank. I would probably then jsut throw 40% Kennedeys in them then.

No. And I have 2X2's that are self-sealing which I love! Basically one time use (aren't they all?) and no staples.
