Your finger in the obverse image provides a pretty clear picture of that surface's reflectivity, and from the image I see no reason not to believe the entire field is that nice. The reverse image doesn't present the same hints, but a dirty little secret about shooting Morgans is that the faces require different technique to bring out their strenghts. So I'm prepared to believe the reverse offers the same reflectivity.
It will need to. Let's don't take my opinion for Gospel, but I feel the typical Morgan obverse attraction for marks makes the ceiling for it MS64, and it's 63 at first glance to me. The strike is typically excellent, as I expect from early San Francisco worm. However, this one is available in ludicrous PL/DMPL grades, one of the more common Morgans with reflective surfaces. You could likely find one in 68PL or 67DMPL if you were willing to write a big-enough check.
So, to me, this one has to make 63PL to justify the price, and even that's forward-looking after factoring the cost of slabbing.
