Really looking for information as to what exactly this error would be called. I am new here and also new to finding any errors, but this looks to me like something was struck through. Any help with identification, collectability, and value is appreciated.

Thanks

to CCF. Looks like a delamanation or maybe a struck through debris.

Looks like a lamination error. Interestingly, the details are sharper in the delamination (recessed). Maybe struck through, but leaning towards the delamination peeling out.

Note the ghosting of the hair through the lamination? A sure sign of it being a lamination rather than a struck through. A struck obliterates the design where this happens. (depending on how large the struck through is)

Note the right wheat lines? The the date still shows through a bit thought.

That's cool, it looks like The Matrix where they show bullets in mid air and Neo bending backwards while they do a 360° super slow mo
