I am seeing what appears to be hair line scratches in the fields of the coin. The hair line scratches are noticeable in front or the neck or below the chin. Someone may have cleaned/polished the fields to give the coin the appearance of a PL coin. I would check the coin under a loupe for the hair line scratches.

imo it's Almost Uncirculated, but might have been cleaned because of what appear to be hairline scratches , so AU details cleaned.

AU coin so no premium for PL. Coin does not to be a PL though.

I'm not sure that the "hairlines" aren't an artifcat of the light playing across the surface of the flip. Notice how they appear to the right away from the coin in the third photo. Pictures taken with the coin "naked" would be more definitive. That said, I'm in the AU camp (just a hint of rub on the high points, so I'd be comfortable at 58) and also see nothing that suggests to me that it was ever PL.
