I checked for rippled coins on the bay and I only saw a couple ("extremely rare")examples. They appear (to me) to have plating issues (gas). The only thing that was rare was the parallel lines -- and I'm not so sure that's really unusual.

I can't tell from your pics if the coin actually has raised lines or if the copper is just streaky. Maybe it's a woodie...?

Pre 1982 cents were not plated. Sellers on ebay will list even smashed coins as rare errors to lure unsuspecting buyers. Educate yourself on the hobby, don't let the thieves on ebay take advantage of you and don't let ebay be the place you get your education.

Are the lines raised on your coin?

If the lines go over Lincoln's face and head, they could be planchet striations. The photos are a bit blurry, so I cannot tell whether they do or not.

They could be rolling lines on the stock material of the planchet or fading die scratches on the die. Either way they are not a premium to the coin. (just an answer to your question) Sometimes finding something that is common, it just that. Common
