As some of you know I try and use a website to keep track of my coins. I've updated this recently to list out all of the minor (and not so minor) coins I have so I have a easily accessible list online to check against if I spot something when I'm out and about.
My main website is the the Diadumenian one
http://www.diadumenian.com/which sets out a comprehensive listing of the Bronze Provincial coins of that particular Roman Emperor. Dane at Wildwinds keeps a mirror to help with identification there.
A second project was my Congress of Princes one which I updated regularly as that was being completed - it's here
http://www.diadumenian.com/Congress...princes.htmlthough you can link to it from the main site. IT was great fun to do and featured in Coin News in the UK and Mike at TheCoinShow said he really liked the idea.
What I've done is list out a few other main pages which helps me keep track of other coins I have
Indian Rupees here
http://www.diadumenian.com/Congress...0Rupees.htmlOther world crowns here
http://www.diadumenian.com/Congress...0crowns.htmlSome medieval penny types here
http://www.diadumenian.com/Congress...0Europe.htmlAnd the big listing here
http://www.diadumenian.com/Congress...lection.htmlThe latter page is a complete mess and most of my Chinese coins aren't listed yet and there's lots in general missing but at least it's a start. I think there are around some 450 issuing authorities (with all the relevant rulers etc, under that.)
So that's most of my collection ...
There are a lot of dead links in some of the minor pages, but if you click on a ruler from the "Congress of Princes" or "other crowns" pages it should be possible to click through all the important parents and children to see pictures of all the rulers - and the idea is to get a representative coin for as many as I can.
Thanks for looking if you have the time
