It seems lacking in luster to me. It could just be the picture, but compare it to this one which showed up in the "other items like this one" section:

Much better luster - I'd feel much better about this one although you would need to win it since it is not a BIN.

CHD , the center bands don't look split ,maybe photo not clear. also date looks strange especially the 4 and 3. otherwise not a bad price.

The seller isn't claiming FSB. Just says split bands which is just as meaningless as other auctions that claim full bands.
