It's .900 silver, so it's worth more than a quarter or $0.25. The date is worn away so there's no way to tell for sure.

It's too worn to have a collector's premium I think.

If there's no trace left of the date whatsoever, we can narrow it down to 1917-1924, but that's about it.

Worth melt

As others posted, with the date worn off now way to tell
the exact year.

In this condition a coin shop might pay $2.00 to $2.50
and have it melted.

It is a Type 2 (stars on reverse) Standing Liberty quarter (SLQ). It appears to be a "Pedestal Date", which means the date appeared on the raised Pedestal which was easily subject to wear and thus "wore off" most circulated examples. I do not see a mint mark, thus it is likely a Philadelphia minted coin. Pedestal Date SLQ's were minted between 1917-1924. In this condition, your coin has only silver "melt" value.

So many forget to welcome new people so to make up for that, here is
Unfortunately your coin is really well worn. Not much of a value but I'd keep it anyway. You just don't find them in change any more.
