Hello I wonder if anybody can tell me anything about this. Is it counterfit or misprinted or what. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

to CCF. It is a very minor printing error but the condition of the note isn't very good. Minimal premium if any.

I'd keep it just because it's so old. Then I'd look for a newbie starting a paper money collection and either sell it at face value or just give it away. I like to rescue stuff for the sake of the hobby.

Too much damage to have any collector value.

Deposit it at your bank and let it find its way back to the FRB to be shredded and put it out of it's misery.

That rusty old paperclip did a number on that poor note. Pity, it's in decent shape besides that and the bite marks out of the top.
