Why doesn't the Dansco albums for ATB Quarters include the "S" mint issues?

Dansco 7186 is what I used for my S mint type set.

They made them before San Fran started minting "business strikes". I purchased a couple generic Dansco quarter pages and put them in the back of the album. Irritating but better than nothing.

I don't believe there are any albums that currently have holes for the circulation S ATBs.

But there are plenty that have slots for the S proof and S silver proofs.

You can either add unlabeled quarter pages to an existing album or use an ATB date album.

I read somewhere on here about a month ago that they plan on releasing S pages once the ATB set is complete in 2021. I assume this is when the prices will go up for these coins since there will be slots to fill.

Correct answer.

This might be a good time for someone to ask Dansco when they will update the albums...

Welder posted this in July about the album pages coming out after the series ended.

I recently reached out to a Dansco Album dealer and asked if Dansco is going to update their albums to accommodate the Uncirculated S minted ATB Quarters.

Here's their response: "I have spoke to Dansco about the S minted uncirculated quarter issue and they told me that would be producing a supplement page. This page will contain ports just for the S UNC's and there would be not change to the layout of the current 8146 and 8147 albums. They also informed me that this page will not be available for purchase until the entire S minted UNC series is over. Thank you for your email and have a great day!"

Looks like it will be available sometime after 2021.

I would suspect it's going to have to be pages, not a single page. Unless there's some way to get 46 quarters in one Dansco page.

Yes, I assume pages as well.

Unless they are anticipating that the San Fran mint may give up on these soon.
