Because it probably belonged to the owner of SGS. Allowed him to take his polished net VF trade and market it to someone who didn't know any better as a "bargain" MS PL coin. I always thought it was legit, a SGS slabbed coin, until I found out that PR70 was a lie. They got it close though, it's definitely a proof 69. Report this Post to the Staff
