Maybe slightly off center. These usually become collectible when some of the details has been lost, and especially when the date is still visible. I've always been surprised that some of the major examples don't carry a higher premium, dateless or not: examples (dateless)

If the weight is normal, then it maybe just a slight Grease Fill on both dies. (the same area is affected on the die alignment that makes me think it is a slight Grease Fill that was perhaps wiped off with a cloth and moved the grease into the deeper parts of the dies in those areas)
