how would u grade this coin. There is some luster that seems remaining in the device areas of obvers. Note Rev scratches from plastic show up as white otherwise No scratches at all on rev. No spots even olive color-- Hair details will seem mushed--on this higher grade variety. Seems hard to find in higher grades or am I not correct?

Holy CRAP That's a nice coin

I'd say high AU all the way up to MS-63 ish, too many scratches on the holder to know for sure IMHO.
